I’ve done and experienced so many things since I woke up from the matrix, even I find it difficult to put into words. Which is why when people me ask what I do these days, I simply say, “I help perimenopausal empaths to trust themselves.”
Because here’s the real T(ruth)…
Lack of self trust is something that MOST women battle silently.
And if you’re also a perimenopausal empath, then lack of self trust can deeply affect your decision-making abilities when all you want to do is scream, as well as your relationships and even your personal growth.
Self sabotage and negative self talk are its besties.
So, while the world feels more on edge and the collective more polarising than ever, that frequency leads to your own internal instability when left unchecked.
WTF?
Basically, your anxiety, indecision and insecurity is caused by you seeking approval (either consciously or unconsciously) from someone else — including the “authoritah” on a mission to disconnect you from your soul.
And if you’re a perimenopausal empath, then you’ll feel things more intensely than others, which can manifests as:
- Feeling overwhelmed in crowds or chaotic environments
- Sensing other’s emotions before they speak
- Needing more solitude, but feeling guilty about it
- Experiencing sudden mood swings, exhaustion or floods of emotion
- Second-guessing yourself, your boundaries and your purpose
You’re not broken.
You’re not too much.
You’re simply becoming MORE of who you truly are…
So, you can keep feeling stuck, overwhelmed, drained and disconnected OR stand in your truth and restore the divine balance that’ already within you in order to navigate the apocalypse with joy, humour and love (yes, really!)…
But you have to trust yourself to do find it.
